I decided to place my home on the market at what was most likely a bad time of the year – the December holiday season. Our agent, Carla Viviano, patiently explained what the market trend was in our area via a slide show of similar properties. All papers we signed were explained fully. When an offer was made on the house she helped us negotiate the price. When a problem occurred near settlement date she went out of her way to help us solve the problem in a timely fashion. One aspect I really appreciated was that she dealt with the buyers’ agent concerning last minute demands. Carla looked out for our interests.
