Carla is energetic, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She worked with us for well over a year, and I always looked forward to touring houses with her. She has a gracious way of helping her clients to discern whether or not a property has potential for them. She was so very patient. She was also discerning with regard to the method for selling our old house. She informed me about her decorator, but Carla also understood right away that I wanted to take care of “staging” the house myself, with just some advice from her. It worked, and our house sold quickly.

We had a a potentially difficult situation come up as we were closing on our old house, and Carla handled it beautifully in just this way.
